The World Trade Organization was shutdown, Clinton was shutup, the
Puppetistas were raided, Hollywood hookers worked overtime and the ghast of
‘Saint Elan swam back fo haunt us. BOO! And I thought Halloween was aver!

We've got new Fuhrer, I mean President, in a freshly stolen election. At least
i7s a dude Tinley Peaple can relate:

Voting IS Fraud!

You know how we all hear about "vote fraud.”
It's true. Voting Is a fraud!

The lllegitimate political system has now
mushroomed like a wildly malignant cancer. still,
two oblivious boss parties are the only ones allowed.
Prosecutors, former police chiefs, lawyers, employers
and other unctious people, yap to be recognized and
groomed for office.

Soft and hard money floods all around as the
sham of a campalgn gets underway. Printers get a
lot of work as does the mainstream media, while the
candidates reduce complex Issues into shameless
idiocy and list what they hope to accomplish, elther
by lying:openly or mouthing inanities.

For, once a person ends up in some legislative
body, the corporate interests pull strings to divvy up
all taxpayer monles via the awarding of state, local
and federal contracts. They may make a half-assed
attempt at holding "public hearings," but they follow
the money and pay heed to the slick beemer driving
lawyers, who are the "consultants.” The revolving
door from politician to board room, greased with tax
write-off corporate campaign money, Is like a
perpetual motion machine. It's an extremely
wasteful, graft-riddied, pointless (although
elaborate) sham, scam and got dam!

Nothing useful gets accomplished. Enormous
resources, gouged from workers, are squandered on
corporate contracts bolstering the hideous
institutions of the state, such as the police, courts,
prisons, military, bureaucracy and the disgrace that

goes by the name "education.” The whole economic
life all this money Is torn from is a huge waste of
peoples' lives, involving massive spollage, unneeded
products and the all-out assault on Earth's life-
forms, to begin with! Swell!

T'll return to voting. There's never a choice.
You've got a republican or democrat, who are
confined to narrow Ideological (IDIOTIC-ILLOGIC!)
strictures - namely, support for corporate Amerikan
fascism and knee-jerk support for the police and
military who, through naked violence, coercion,
massive incarceration, etc. enforces it's own
malntainence. Otherwise, It wouldn't be tolerated,
now would it?

So, you've got *Nard or Pat to vote for. Who do
you choose? Mild opposition, such as Ralph Nader, Is
not allowed to speak. He may say something we
don't want people to hafta hear. Another little trick
is to just not allow candidates on the ballot.

Jim Tobin ran as the Libertarian Party candidate
for Governor of Illinols in 1998. He wasn't allowed
onto the ballot, even though they had over twice as
many signatures (tens of thousands of them!) that
the stupld law Insisted upon. Why? Well, George
Ryan thought it would be harder to steal the election
with Tobin's voice untaped. He had his hands full
with Glenn Poshard. But, Ryan had an enormous
corporate warchest to work with. Plus, Poshard,
although his pro-corporate, right-wing credentials
were in order (as were Tobin's,) made the heinous
mistake of visiting Peotone and actually pretending
to listen to the local citizens, there. The press
wasted no time In letting him have it, for his faux
pas. Illinols state politicians aren't even allowed to
listen to ideas that do not promote the covetted
Peotone Alrport mega-boondoggle.

So, Ryan won as governor in a bought and sold
election. Then the scandals broke. Luckily, he had
no Idea how all that money found It's way into his
campalgn coffers from those truck license bribes. He
was morally indignant at the mere mention of
impropriety. He got right down to the business he
was elected for - to grease sweetheart deals with his
important campaign contributors, such as Dollar Bill
Wirtz, horseman Dick Duchoissois, the whole
construction industry crowd, well-heeled land
speculators, prison builders and all the little pols
throughout the state crying for pork barrel projects
for the business interests In their districts. They
called it Iilinois First. King George also became
Push,e Jr's campaign manager in Illinols, but laid
low. He also went to Cuba and South Africa
masquerading as an International justice crusader.
Busy boy - and unbellevably galling - was he!

So, people In Illinois are used to rigged, bogus,
mafia-saturated, scandal-riddled corporate show trial
elections.

Now we come to the federal elections of 2000.
Good God, what a joke! You've got Gore, trying to
tell everybody what a military adventurer he'd like to
be. And Bush, who soberly wants to graduate from
being the world's most recognized serial killer to
having the capabllities of being the authorized mass-
murderer! Ugh! Who in all conscience could go
anywhere near a voting booth for that travesty?
Both were heavy dopers who want to railroad blacks
into prison on racist drug charges. It's just all so
obscene - beyond surreal!

So, we suffered through months of this...
“campalgn” with everything already generally
decided, but we had to suffer through It, anyway.
So, the big day arrives so we can finally switch one
creep for another. Most people, repulsed and
disgusted &/or plain catatonic, didn't vote. Millions
of others weren't allowed to vote for, after all, they
were black and had gotten their mandatory
branding, known as a “felony conviction.”

1 think the "fledgling® (read: death squad)
democracy of El Salvador was more honest about
thelr elections. Torture and kill as many people as
you can for several years, then have an “election.”
Have the U.S. trained killers go around and force 7
everybody out to the town square to "vote.” Have
clear ballot boxes and colored ballots. 1f someone
doesn't vote for the Death Party, you simply murder
them. "A fair and honest election.” Just ask Jimmy
Carter, a kinder, gentler apologist for genocide.

You've seen and heard the O. J. style soap opera
with Bush and Gore. Chads, votes for cigarettes,
multiple voting, wholesale trashing of votes, winners
losing and losers winning. Black people roadblocked
from going to the polls, so the cops can conjure up
charges. After all, the states aren't building
hundreds of new prisons, just for show!

1f you kill enough poor people in other countries,
you're a hero. And if your lies are gigantic enough,
you're a statesman (or woman!) Which brings me
proudly to this next announcement.

Distinguishing himself as part of the team
executing the fish-in-a-barrell extermination of trying
to surrender IRAQI conscripts, may I present Colin
Powelll Colin Powell will replace Madelaine Albright
who was responsible for snuffing the life out of a
huge percentage of IRAQ's children this past decade
and making it appear to be an international crusade
for peace, justice and democracy. ps. Colin Is black!

It's not perfect, but it's the gravest system yet
cconcocted by (rich, white) man! Remember the
admonition of that great Amerikan patriot, Mr. Clean.
"It's up to you to clean this mess up!" By voting?!?

They should have been detained upon arrival and grilled
before being allowed to continue. This is the figurehead leader
d his family) of the most abominable murder machine on
Earth! Bombs explode in rice paddies every day still, killing.
and maiming Vietnamese children and adults. After all the
decade-long plus carnage unleashed by the U.S. monsters and
other militaries they trained and insisted upon, no one came
back to defuse the mines, excavate all the bombs, replant all
the trees, take back all the Agent Orange and breathe life back
into the three million plus murdered, did they? Ah, but that's
an “insignificant oversight,” right? Why “nitpick” now?

Aping Kissinger, Bubba says “What's done is done. Johnson
had tough decisions to make, poor guy. We weren't
‘Imperialists! We fought for freedom. Lie, lie." He said
Amerika fought for the Vietnamese people to choose their own
government and way of life. Yeah, right. The most venal
puppet General-Presidents in the world - a huge economy of
graft, pushing people out of helicopters, strategic
hamletization of the peasant populace, wholesale daily terror
and slaughter, tiger cages for young men, prostitution and
degradation for young women (playthings for G.I's,) the rape of
culture, - Buddist Monks immolating themselves to underscore
such utter profanity...

Such a noble cause in the quest for Democracy! They were
left to suffer, isolated, after finally finally! ridding themselves
of these insane bloodthirsty, clueless racist U.§. nazi monsters
and their gang-pressed black grunts.

Hillary and Chelsea looked so cute in those conical hats,
don't cha think? It was such an honor and a privilege for their
Vietnamese hosts to have them grace their ancient land with
their presence. I'm sure they'll visit all the hospitals and hold
the deformed children until they perish, like Kathy Kelly does
in IRAQ, eh? T wonder how many times they stepped over the
very spot that human limbs were blown apart by the proud,
brave “Death From Above” flyboys pushing joysticks releasing
megatons of high explosives and acres of aerosol poisons? Did
they make a courtesy call to the tunnels of Cu Chi before they
broke for tea?

Five percent of the people of Vietnam are 65 or older. "
F.I.V-E PERCENT!! They've all been murdered by the Us.
military!!! A person who is 65 was 25 in 1960, 35 in 1970. Just
like in IRAQ, the U.$ methodical killers have obliterated
complete generations of citizens of whole countries!

But, hey! We're supposed to prostrate ourselves on the
ground, so grateful are we that the U.S. Death Machine seems
willing to let bygones be bygones and will permit corporations
to set up shop to exploit cheap labor and rape the resources.
Those benevolent “Great White Fathers” are going the extra
mile to open up the Vietnamese “market.” What do they say to
the now adult 1/2 Vietnamese about their anonymous
American daddies???

Remember Quang Tri and remember the Citadel in Hue..
Remember the bombed dikes of Haiphong. Remember Khe
Sanh and Pleiku, My Lai and DaNang, COSVN and the
“Parrot's Beak” or anywhere else we marauded through!
Recall the images of G.’s smirking amongst the piles of
charred bodies of Vietcong “gooks,” proud of their body counts.
Remember how your friend’s mother felt when his older
brother came home in a box. Recall all these starry-eyed lied-
to boys who went to ‘Nam and came home glassy-eyed, mind-
blown, addicted to heroin, feared and homeless - soon to be
“living” in the netherworld of prison! “Support our Troops!”

Think how America bestowed their blessings on the people
of Indonesia, the Phillipines, Laos, Cambodia, Chile, El
Salvador, Nicaragua, Argentina, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti,
Iran, Iraq, and all the other countries subjected to U.S.-trained
death squad militaries. Then enjoy your stock market full of
obese goods, drenched in the blood of all those we've murdered

1 believe anarchist analysis and adaptive thinking is
nore real to people, more honest, more true and more
sseful in understanding and acting upon political reality
-han other belief systems. That’s why I consider myself
an anarchist. But, like everybody else who shares these
sentiments, I came to anarchy after hacking my way
through a tangled ideological forest.

Many, many people are still ensnarled in this mess,
and are not happy with the level of comprehension they
are able to attain. Others are locked Into their belief
systems, no matter how reactionary, authority-loving or
self-destructive. Still others are totally tumed off and try
to avoid thinking about it, altogether. Then again, other
people have a relatively open mind and are willing to
entertain anarchist ideas. And, of course, there is the
majority of people, who seethe with revoit and crave
empowering anarchist insight, and will respond to it
enthusiastically, if and when they see it. I'm talking
about people all over the world, not just in the U.$.@.

1 believe in participating In coalitions for several
reasons. First, it’s a good way to expose people who
may not be familiar with the ideas of anarchy, the clarity
of the analysis and the level of serious commitment,
serious anarchists bring to the struggle. It's important to
be In the thick of things that the community is interested
in, help shape actions and push things along further
towards the broader goals of anarchy.

Being involved in this type of work demystifies who
anarchists are and what they are capable of. It's
important to learn from other non-anarchist individuals
who have talent, are committed and do good work.
There's a lot anarchists can learn from the work of other
groups, be they religious groups, communists,
community organizations, New Afrikan Nationalists, or
whoever. This doesn’t mean you have to forsake or
compromise basic anarchist principles.
1 think a big goal we should all strive to achieve is to
energize new people Into embracing anarchy and 13
developing their talents as anarchists. This is best done
as they are personally close to anarchy in action, hear
and read what anarchists say and write, become
genuinely impressed and see how it can be useful to their
own lives.

Sometimes, it seems like a big effort trying to
convince a group of people is a waste of time, as they
appear to not give a damn. But, there may be that one
person who hears what you're saying and becomes a
close collaborator or friend. Others may think about the
literature left behind and gain an appreciation for the
depth of the ideas presented and the person advocating
them.

I've said that I'd be willing to work on a project with
whoever is willing to collaborate on it, be they anarchists,
communists, socialists, democrats, republicans,
libertarians and even “relate” to the nazis. Now, that
may sound outrageous - “relating” to the nazis! So, let
me explain what I mean by that.

It would be hard to imagine that this would be
possible - dealing with nazis, other than as enemies and I
can't conceive of ever doing It, personally. But, in 1995,
Black Muslim prisoners in Ohio did indeed collaborate
with the Aryan Brotherhood to stage a prison revolt.

What I mean more than “relating” with them - that
was a poor choice of words - is challenging their sick
ideas, by out-arguing them and peeling away members
who have been held captive by manipulators and their
anti-human lies. People like Neil Edgar have made the
transition from being a member of such a hate group to
developing into a very serious, insightful anarchist,
thanks to the revelation of “brutal fucking truth” that
quality anarchist propaganda Is capable of.

Then there is the case of Wade Andrews. He's a
Texas prisoner who was hooked up with the Aryan
Nation. Through his own experience and his reasoning
ability, he came to denounce this affiliation. This brought
on death threats, reprisals, attacks, etc. He was now J
viified by the racists, the guards, (and other '
prisonkkkrats,) yet was not trusted by the black
prisoners, either. Who will step up and support such a
man, if not the anarchists?

Many of the members of these sick, racist cults could
verv well have developed into good anarchists, had we
rea. ched them earlier and some may still be educated
and transformed. They're human beings, who are
alienated, hate the government and sometimes do evil,
socially destructive things - kinda like the alienated
“gangstas” in the dreadful ghettos. But, people are
capable of developing past that.

Another problem I see among anarchists are these
almost incessant attacks upon other anarchists. I call it
“PC Anarchy.” An enormous amount of effort is
expended denouncing other anarchists who don’t
measure up somehow to what the accusatory group sees
as the “real” anarchy. Meanwhile, the fascist
government s ratcheting up the clampdown! How are
people supposed to be enthused into anarchy when all
they see is squabbling?

Solidarity is important to add eachother’s strength
and support to various anti-capitalist struggles. It
doesn’t mean you have to give up your principles and
take on theirs or vice versa. It just means their fight is
‘worthy of support, as Is ours.

Stipulations, restictions and all manner of picyune
objections to the words and acts of other anarchist &/or
revolutionary groups is a ridiculous waste of time. We
need millions of people enthused into the freedom and
motivation of anarchist thinking, to have a chance
against this monstrous government. We need to give
eachother some slack and not be so damned "PC."

I'm sure a lot of people will pillory me for saying these
things, as usual. Sheesh! Will they present their own
ideas so openly? Or will they hide behind restrictive e-
mail lists and such, for “security?” And, bad-mouth
others? This kind of rancor can degenerate into libelous
personal attacks, banning people from meetings, etc.
1 admit that I have not been blameless in this stupid
counter-productive activity. But, I've come to realize 1S~
what a waste of time it is and more fully concentrate my
energies fighting the system. What better testament
#Hat your ideas have merit, than presenting a body of
serious, solidarity-minded work?

It seems to me, that the bitterest, most lasting
acrimony become entrenched amongst people who once
worked together and basically agree on things, maybe
98% of the time. Personality conflicts, perceived slights,
emotion-driven meanness, despair, paranola, stupidity,
etc. seems more the culprit than calculated treachery.
Again, I'll be the first to admit that I was possibly the
worst jackass of all! My problem is my hot-tempered
feelings are written down in real time and I dont have
the sense to temper my remarks or wait until I cool
down. I'm not out to hurt peoples’ feelings, even though
T've done just that. I'm working hard at being more
responsible in this regard, to take peoples’ opinions and
feelings more Into consideration and not fly off the
handle so readily. It's not easy, as I feel so passionately
about everything and I've always been like this. But, it
hurts the cause, doesn't convince anybody and reduces
my credibility. Unfortunately, it's not just me.

The battlefield is not just on the streets or in the
prisons, but rages in the hearts and minds of people, as
well. We must be free in our thinking and say whatever
the hell we want or feel like saying and not self-censor
ourselves. That’s what government does - suppresses
ideas, bans the truth, makes the revelation of “state
secrets” a felony, lies incessantly, using every form of
mainstream media, etc.

Anarchists should not parrot this by jumping all over
eachother and taking a word here or a sentence there
from a huge body of work and declare everything
rubbish. Normal people don't think like that. They're
much more objective, tolerant and willing to entertain
forcefully presented ideas, without getting all upset and
moralistic. Anarchists don't have a lock on the truth or
the only “true” way to go. That kind of crap just turns
people off. /b

I for one, am not gonna be bridled by the PC
Anarchists! That’s not to say that I'm oblivious to their
criticism and am unable to modify my thinking. In our
personal relations with our family and friends and
comrades and other people who are basically on the
same side of the barricades fighting this beast, it is
important to be civil and kind and honest and fair and
listen properly and treat eachother with respect. I really
believe that and am trying to improve myself as a human
being, every day. But, I do believe that most people
want to be told the “brutal fucking truth!”

In this day and age of oblivious genocide, maybe it's

time to support sane, human being centered projects
and concepts. As we all aren't interested in knowing,
over two million of our brothers and sisters, moms and
dads, languish cruelly in the thy nation’s gulag dungeons!

Folks, ABC Prisoner Support Groups have been alive
since the 1905 Russian Revolution. It's ground zero in
this class war and folks must realise the importance of
that concept. It's all too true, lies and brainwash, aside.

ABC Prisoner Support Groups keep their nose to the
grindstone, as far as keeping tabs on the daily outrages
of locked down amerika is concerned, while most folks
sleepwalk thru political reality, or care to be too afraid to
significantly deal with it.

Meanwhile, countless innocents (and others being
punished the worst for their so-called “crimes”) continue
to languish, face sudden, arbitrary outrage (it may be
daily) to their person, dignity or any concept of basic
human decency! So much for societal civility! Yeah, I
know, why bring up these unpleasant subjects?

Duty compels us to rush to the barricades. Prisoners
need our support and rapt attention, in my opinion. It IS
ground zero in this life and death situation. So, those
willing to deal with it, listen up!

Only by immersing ourselves Into the ground levels of
this sinking submarine, are we able to slash our way thru
the forest of ignorance and begin to focus our energies
effectively. Communicating with conscious prisoners will
undoubtedly be a unique eye-opener to all who involve
themselves in this fascinating endeavor. As in-tune folx
say, anarchism is the most compelling. And why is that?
1t's because serious anarchists try to think the hardest
and work the hardest and try to do what needs to be
done the most! Blame us first for sensitivity!

Maybe this nonsense gives you a hint of why we are
the way we are, but the important message here today is
why people should willingly consider spearheading ABC’s.

Like Vietnam, this war has swallowed up the lives of
our friends, neighbors, relatives and loved ones. Think
about it! SO many people are imprisoned, it's 19
unbélievable! Police are everywherre, as are prisons,
judges, lawyers, etc. It's absolute madness that has to
be rushed! It has to be overthrown, nullified, stopped!
The death kkkamps have to be liberated so that the
prisoners can have a chance to rebuild their lives.

Those responsible must be held somehow
accountable. Should they be beaten and strung up ala
Mussolini? That's up to the locals to decide. Death,
torture, murder, punishment and sadism Is occurrung
everyway, everyway in these countless “facilities!” The
more aware and political the prisoner Is, the more sick
his treatment Is! Would vou stand for an innocent being
beaten , raped and murdered on the street? If not, then
come fight these ghouls with us! ‘Cuz that’s what they're
doin’ every day!

What are ABC's good for? They are a vital link from
inside to outside support. They are a relay switch to
mobilize actions. They provide a human connection to
prisoners, help them coordinate communication, help
facilitate simple human needs, provide love and
comradeship and bridge the connection between those
on the inside and their families on the “outs.”

Don't let the authorities scare you into thinking
prisoners are not to be considered full human beings -
even If the constitution call them legal slaves. I'm no
Christian, but Jesus Christ was a condemned (and
murdered) death row prisoner at the end. Was that
“justice?” The real mass murderers are never subject to
prosecution - the Pinochet’s, Reagans, Nixon’s,
Kissingers, Clinton’s, Bushes etc. Every copis a criminal
and all the sinners saints! How untrue is that?

If you wanna learn there is no more advanced school
than the school of the amerikkka’s! Prisoners will open
your eyes widely and explain the details of modern-day
fascist oppression. Will you answer this call to action?

Anarchism will acceleratingly be embraced by people who've
‘ome to realize that government and all authoritarian institutions
ire the mortal enemies of life. Living a purposelul life of free will
1nd Individual liberty, aily bathed in love, amidst a cruel fascist
nadness, can be struggled for, on a dally basis.

The timeless, unfettered, thrilling and liberating ideals of
warchism, such as mutual aid, voluntary cooperation and
olidarity, help to open the portals to us, which have imprisoned
our hearts, minds and souls and greatly hampered our ability to
ssefully act upon the insightfulness we are fully capable of.

Authorities fear the truth and operate wasteful, devastating,
2ppressive systems based on lies, fear, intimidation, coercion and
massive amounts of violence. Big Brother tells parents (o beat
thelr children Into submission to achieve unquestioning obedlence
10 parental authorlty, regardiess of sanity or logic, for the child’s
“own 900d.” If this doesn’t work, Ritalln, Prozac and a whole new

plasion of debilltating “treatments” and "medicines” are dally

My Dad was born in 1921.

1In1926, "I was an impl* Going down to the principle’s
office a bit. Teacher was mad. I said, "T'll be back.” Made
her more mad. Discipline problem there.

In First Grade. T don't remember. Little plays. 2nd. Kids
had 3 or 4 to go with. Oak Park... When bell rang, rang.
Spelling. Nobody could spell. T used to have 100% spelling,
but then I crumbed it because I didn't want to be a “sissy.”
So, I tanked.

Holy Family Church - hated Junior Barsam, neighbor. Beat
down guy, going to school, wanted to be with me. Used to go
after me. I could beat him up and he was twice as high. He
was kinda prissy.

I remember Oak Park. In the summer, I stooped all
morning, watching the ants go by. T've got a picture of the
Chicago Sox Juniors! Horace Mann, junior college, baseball.
Mostly hardball - little leaguers - Illinois. T dunno, We were
good. I played shortstop. Regular glove. Good
fielder/runner, however couldn't hit. Good fielder! Eugene
Field. Oak Park. Del - 3 Glenn -5 Muriel - 6. Play room.
Pretty good fielder. Del could hit and field. Glenn, too!

Blunt Park. T played pretty good. "Ripple dipple.” I got 42
two hits and I was about ten! *Heyl Are youa major
leaguer?* T had two hits and 2 or 3 good plays. I threw to
first base, tool My Dad was a CPA. T went downtown. Took
the train ot night. He taught at Bay Path to teach accounting.
29. Depression hit. My Dad was a teacher. He lost his job.
Did accounting work on the side.

In high school, I started working cutting grass. Pittsford,
NY. Old-fashioned village. Basketball/baseball.

big... & when you go up by a desk or something, you set up.

But, you can slam dunk to hit the metal and we used fo get

‘em... So, I go out for whatever it is and I get my cap. Then,
I come back and then - BANG! - that stuff.

High school was all in New York - Pittsford. When Dad lost
his job, he had a job in Chicago and uh, T used to go to the
Loop o learn business from the business professor, which was
good. And, T went to meet my Dad for supper every Thursday
night, It was pretty good.

He became a business school guy. Later, I enrolled as in
the business school - Northwestern. Later, I came over fo
law.

A child in America is a concentration camp victim.
Corralled and jimmied in every way. Intensely more
repressed and scorned. Lessons of older brothers and
sisters (rebelliousness, freedom of action) is used to
frighten kids - “Look what happens! Jail, junkies,
alienation from self, vagrancy, etc.” They also use these
earlier outbreaks of freedom to tighten security - more
police, narcos, fences, suspicious, paranoid, ugly
atmosphere - and to disallow ideas from festering which
would challenge authority. Education is cut and dried,
simplified and boring, turning kids off to inquiry.

Schools are indoctrination centers. Home life is
characterized by dictatorial irrational psychologically
damaging rule. Religious “education” is based on fear
and intimidation. “Behavior is always being watched, so

Media - moronic diversion, which though kids are less
immediately affected by, are still harassed, harangued,
told, force-fed (T.V. etc.) presented in a carrot-stick way,
